Who we are

LCNCagents provides a build-in-public content distributor. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details you provide (such as your email), the channels you connect, content you create or approve in the product, and basic usage data to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

To run the product, generate drafts, distribute approved posts to your connected channels, secure your account, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Analytics and cookies

We use third-party analytics to understand how the site and the app are used — which pages get read, which buttons get pressed, where people get stuck. These providers are named here so you know exactly who sees that traffic:

  • PostHog (PostHog, Inc., US) — product analytics on foxplug.com and the app. Session recording is switched off, in our own page code: we do not record or replay your session. Anonymous visitors are not turned into person profiles; only a signed-in account we identify becomes one.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — page analytics on foxplug.com.
  • Cloudflare — serves the site, and reports request-level traffic to us from its own logs. No script for this runs in your browser.

PostHog and Clarity set first-party cookies or browser storage to tell one visit from the next. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your personal data. Blocking these scripts in your browser costs you nothing on this site: the pages are built so that a blocked analytics script leaves no trace and changes nothing you can see.

Connected channels

When you connect a platform, we access only what's needed to draft and publish on your behalf, according to the permissions you grant. You can disconnect a channel at any time.

Data retention & your rights

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
