We extracted the walkthrough player and gave every captured walkthrough a manifest. A capture service now makes a steps manifest, so a URL from a stranger returns a real walkthrough. We moved the repo box to be the hero's primary action, and the proof row now rebuilds from verified assets. Every instruction is a control now, and auto-publish is gone for good.
