Lark on the record

What they shipped

  • From its YC profile: Lark builds specialized AI agents that automate manual workflows for wholesale distributors. Our agents work with existing ERP systems, learning from each distributor’s historical data and the team’s decisions. Together, these agents can run a distributor’s entire operation. (source)
  • Its own site describes it as: "Lark deploys specialized AI agents for inventory, purchasing, and operational workflows inside wholesale distributors’ existing systems." (source)

Who is behind it

  • Jason Wang, Founder/CEO: Co-founder & CEO of Lark (F26). Prev founded Datost (backed by YC) grew ARR to 400k in 8 weeks. Prior, I built agentic systems for the industrial supply chain at Traba and worked on the Flink control plane at Confluent. Graduated from University of Toronto, degree in computer engineering with double minor in AI and Business (source)
  • Michael Wang, Co-Founder: Co-Founder of Lark (YC F26). NYU Stern dropout. Previous team Canada Badminton player and ranked top 3 nationally for a lot of years. (source)
