When a submission comes in, Florin reads the ACORD forms, then investigates the risk on its own: satellite imagery, permits, public records, even the insured's Instagram, and catches exposures that never make it onto the application. It then simulates tens of thousands of ways the policy year could go, prices the risk, and returns a bindable quote in under a minute instead of weeks. (source)
